HIGH EFFICIENCY LONGS REMOVAL WITHOUT PRODUCT LOSS The ROTEX motion contains no vertical component so long pellets, “toothpicks,” and “jack-straws” remain flat on the screen deck. They do not upend or pass through with the on-spec pellets as is often the case with vibratory screeners. Efficiently removes longs without losing good on-spec pellets with the over-size.

The doublepass option is available to screen pellets twice for increased accuracy. Final product can be up to 99% free of longs 3/8” to 2” (0.9 to 5 cm).
