Job Summary

Perform necessary planning, processing, and follow-up to insure efficient and timely manufacture of parts and machines to meet customer requirements in accordance with established policies and procedures. Essential Functions

  • Analyze and process customer orders and determine necessary process plans, material requirements, and pricing to achieve maximum customer service and profitability.
  • Provide technical and production support for special customer requirements including special pricing, procurement, documentation, and assembly assistance to insure maximum customer service.
  • Develop and implement appropriate work instructions, process plans and perform necessary training to support the manufacturing operation and quality policy.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts, identify corrective action and implement appropriate improvements.
  • Provide field service and training as required.
  • Provide technical support for vendor control, make recommendations and implement necessary corrective action to improve vendor performance.
  • Review returned goods and cancelled sales order material and recommend and implement disposition.
  • Coordinate and support special customer inspections.
  • Develop and complete action plans toward the accomplishment of the objectives of the company business plan.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Education/Job Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent from a college or university in business
  • A minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience with an emphasis in supply chain


Employee must be able to travel up to 10% of the time.
