The Rotex Manufacturing Leadership Program is an entry level rotational program designed to prepare highly talented recent graduates with accelerated training in the manufacturing industry. The program is designed to equip the participant with a broad overview of the company and functional areas. The rotational program consists of multiple assignments, taking place in plant, technical and/or office environments, with each assignment lasting approximately 12 - 18 months.

The assignments will increase in their level of responsibility and complexity, and involve working closely with all levels of leadership within the company.

Education/Job Knowledge

  • Undergraduate or Master’s degree with a graduation date 2016 - 2017
  • Engineering or Operations Management concentration preferred, but not required
  • Technical co-op or internship experience(s)
  • Strong desire to develop a professional career within manufacturing
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to simplify and communicate complex data
  • Positive attitude and strong desire to learn
  • Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
  • Able to make independent decisions as well as operate in a team environment
  • Geographically mobile
