Post Show Review: iPBS Powder Show

May 25, 2016

Rotex Global just completed their 40th exhibition with the International Powder & Bulk Solids Conference & Exhibition (iPBS) in Rosemont, Illinois on May 3rd-5th 2016. The exhibition, held every 2 years is North America’s largest and longest-running powder show and provides an unrivalled platform to speak directly with the engineers, suppliers, managers, and executive leaders from all over the world.

Rotex’s impressive exhibition booth saw a steady flow of visitors across the 3 day event with many event visitors keen to view the daily live demonstration of Rotex’s market leading Apex screener. The APEX screener displayed the unique Gyratory-Reciprocating motion that provides the most efficient and accurate separations in the market.

“This year demonstrated why iPBS is the longest-running bulk solids show in the country. They did an excellent job acknowledging the heritage of the show and the companies that have exhibited through the years. Rotex was awarded with the 40 year participant award during the ceremony on Thursday. Even with the illustrious history the show still produces today, Rotex collected 19% more leads than the 2012 show. This is a combination of higher participants, up roughly 4-5% but also the live demonstrations given by Rotex illustrating our superior screening capabilities. These demos really drew an audience as attendees were walking by or deliberately searching for Rotex.”
